Noelia Pérez García is an Associate of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Admitted to practice in 2012. Noelia Pérez García is an associate of the firm. For the last five years her main practice area have been in commercial and residential foreclosures, commercial loan settlement transactions and lenders liability disputes. Noelia also has experience in employment law cases. Before becoming a lawyer, she was a Paralegal during seven years for two employment law firms and her double major bachelor’s degree includes a Human Resources major.
In 2005, Mrs. Noelia Pérez García graduated cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus with a business administration double major bachelor’s degree in Office Systems Administration and Human Resources.
She pursued a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2011. Mrs. Pérez was admitted to the Puerto Rico bar also 2011 with a top three pass percentage, and to the Federal Bar in 2012.
Practice Areas and Experience:
Since 2012 Mrs. Pérez has been an active litigation attorney, with experience in general civil and commercial litigation matters in federal, bankruptcy and state courts. Her litigation practice is mostly focused on collateral analysis, “work-outs”, monies collection, foreclosure and settlement transactions related to commercial loans.
Noelia Pérez García is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. She also has experience in employment law cases, since before becoming a lawyer she was a Paralegal during seven years for two employment law firms.
